Welcome home. You don’t have to move at anyone else’s speed. Knowing when to rest, when to push, and when to simply be - that’s where the real power is. We glorify the hustle, but what about the moments of stillness?

≘ At sundaymood Thailand we offer private 60-minute infrared sauna & ice bath sessions and a 90-minute infrared sauna & ice bath sessions. You have the room for a total of 60/90 minutes - the sauna is set for 55/85 minutes and you have 5 minutes to get ready and leave the private room towards the changing rooms.
As we require time to prepare the space for the next client, we recommend that you keep an eye on the timer in your room. If you arrive late for your session, time will be deducted from your session.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to check in and get changed in the changing rooms. Arriving early also helps you to fully relax and naturally prepare your body to start winding down.

You have the option to bring a friend for an additional cost. We love your kids but thought you might like some time alone to relax, do something good for your body and your nervous system. No kids under the age of 15 are allowed at sundaymood Thailand.
